BREAKFAST

Start the new day with a rich buffet breakfast, with healthy options to recharge your batteries.


Local yoghurts and delicious musli prepared by us, cakes and sweets from our own kitchen, a wide selection of cold meats and cheeses, fragrant and fragrant breads, as well as muesli, fruit salad and fresh fruit, creams and jams.

For savoury food lovers, there are also scrambled eggs and bacon and vegetables.

In summer, on nice days, it's a pleasure to have breakfast in the garden in the sunshine!

For dinner, we invite you to our restaurant Au Premier, where every evening you can enjoy our new 3-course menus for CHF 44.00, inspired by the tastiest European cuisines.


Our chefs have selected summer evening menus with dishes from Greek, Italian, Valtellina and Swiss cuisine... to Portugal with its tasty dishes... all the way to the USA!

Everything is prepared in-house from selected, high-quality ingredients.

The well-balanced menus always include a salad and starter buffet as an alternative to warm and delicate soups, a main course with a side dish of your choice of meat, fish or vegetarian... and to top it all off... our excellent homemade desserts.

Every week we offer two buffet evenings with delicious Italian cuisine ... starters, pizzas and focaccias ... traditional pasta dishes and more ... the highlight is the large selection of homemade desserts.

Children can choose their favourite dishes from a menu specially prepared for them.

On summer evenings it is possible to dine on the terrace.

dinner is served daily from 18.00 till 21.00 

warm dishes till 20.00


During the holidays (1 August | 24, 25 and 31 December| Easter| 1 August ), the half-board menu is replaced by festive menus at special prices.
