ROOM RATES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

 

Buffet breakfast served in our restaurant, Au Premier.
- Welcome kit in your room with mineral water, tea, and coffee, and a kettle for your convenience.
- Wi-Fi internet access throughout the hotel.
- On check-in and check-out days, a shuttle service between the Pontresina train station and the hotel is available for arrivals and departures between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM by prior arrangement.
- Free access to our wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, and relaxation area.
- Secure luggage storage
- Storage for bicycles and hiking boots
- Ski storage with heated boot rack and a table for waxing skis.
- Service charges and VAT are included in the rate, while tourist taxes are to be paid on site.

 Extras upon request

- Cribs, cots, and high chairs for your children.
- Your four-legged friends are welcome only in the Luxus rooms, for a small additional fee of CHF 15.00 per day (food not included). They are not allowed in the Au Premier restaurant—breakfast can be served in your room upon request.
- Bathrobe and slippers (included in the Suites)
- Laundry service (for a fee)
- Various types of pillows are available upon request

 

 

But that’s not all:

- For stays of at least 2 nights, free use of trains and buses in the Upper Engadine; and during the summer season only: free use of all mountain railways in the Upper Engadine.
- Chaise longue on the hotel terrace for unforgettable moments of relaxation with a view of our mountains!
- Guest parking: the hotel offers a garage (CHF 15 per night) or outdoor parking (CHF 8 per night). Parking spaces cannot be reserved.
- Winter season: SKIPASS for the Upper Engadine ski areas at CHF 55 per adult per day.
