BREAKFAST
Ready to start a new day? A generous breakfast buffet, with healthy and tasty options to give you a boost of energy, is just what you need to get the day off to a good start!
Local yoghurts and delicious muesli made in-house, homemade cakes and pastries, a wide selection of cold cuts and cheeses, fresh, fragrant bread, as well as muesli, fruit salad and fresh fruit, spreads and jams.
For those who prefer savoury dishes, there are also scrambled eggs, bacon and vegetables.
On sunny days, it’s a real pleasure to have breakfast in the garden in the sunshine!

À la carte menu and Daily specials
For dinner, we invite you to our restaurant ‘Au Premier’, where every evening you can enjoy our new three-course set menus for CHF 48.00, inspired by the most delicious European cuisines. In addition, our à la carte menu is always available.
Our chefs have created a variety of menus drawing particular inspiration from Italian, Valtellina-area and Swiss cuisine. Everything is prepared in-house using selected, high-quality ingredients
The three-course menus always include a buffet of salads and starters or, alternatively, a first course (such as pasta, risotto or soup); a main course of your choice from meat, fish or vegetarian options. The evening concludes with our excellent homemade desserts.
Every week we host a buffet evening featuring the finest Italian cuisine. The meal begins with a selection of starters and the classic salad buffet; this is followed by first courses (such as pasta) and main courses (such as meat or fish) to suit every taste. There is a wide selection of homemade desserts.
Please do let us know at any time if you have any food intolerances or allergies.
A children’s menu is available for our younger guests.
The restaurant is open every day from 6 pm to 8 pm.
